Drudge makes his editorial contribution again to the important issues of our day. Well played, Matt. That ought to get the page views up nicely .. . .

Whatever Works
Oh for Christ’s sake. I really think something will happen, but not likely by Exec Order. I think that’s a trial balloon to get them to the table willing to bargain. This court would get a bang out of overturning an Exec Order on gun control.

Elyse, I heard something recenlty about ccomments Scalia made in the last big 2nd Amendment case suggesting he means hand guns only when he says guns must be legal. I’ll look for the citation. I thought it was fascinating.

Awesome! Matt’s outdone himself on this one; looking at this you’d swear civil war or revolution is about to break out…

If I need 11 shots to kill a deer and I a bad shot or just a potential criminal?
No, I actually do not hunt. I have deer in my yard I get really miffed at and want to shot when they eat my plants though! 🙂 Yes Drudge capitalizes on attention grabbing headlines as a business model I suppose. No harm there as most media sources do it every day. Some are just better at it than others.

Absolutely Rat, they all know what sells. When I was in newspapers, even on the most credible serious papers, at some level the rule was “If it bleeds, it leads”. Because that sold papers!
