After Nugent’s seditious comments at the NRA circle jerk I have to wonder when the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is going to step in and re-evaluate Nugent’s need for, among other weapons, a fully functional M-60 machine gun.
The country would be a safer place if his firearms licenses were revoked, or at the very least, suspended until he could be adjudicated mentally competent.

JR: Heard a guy on PBS News Hour last night – a Columbine survivor who now works for the Brady center. Said he’s talked to countless congress critters about getting some language into legislatioon about denying guns for felons, anyone on terrorist watch listv, those judged mentally incompetent etc. He said every one he talked to agreed that it was just a common sense thing to do but refused to introduce such a bill. Scared of NRA. And they were honest about it!

What he was talking about is the focused attempt by this administration to destroy him by abuse of Federal power – they have been trying to put Ted in Prison using Obscure State laws – which the state does not even desire to pursue – but surprise the Feds do. The Feds have been going after him – through any means necassary – so its do surprise he would say – he’d be dead or in jail if Obama gets re-elected – because the Obama Agenda will Progress in Fast Forward then. With the Espionage act imprisoning anyone who speaks up…
