What’s in a picture?

Daily Beast says it’s “The Picture Worth a Thousand Words”, a pic from New York magazine of Dominique Strauss-Kahn meeting the Obamas for the first time at the G20 summit in Pittsburgh. Dominique appears seriously taken with Michelle–and seriously creepy:

Dominique predatory; Barack territorial; Michelle serene

  1. Yup. It’s still funny.

  3. Hm…. I thought it maybe was a plot – as IMF said some very unpopular things about US economy and supported a Palestinian Statehood – but now…. I’m thinking guilty.

  4. Ms. Holland ,

I have to agree, Dominique Strauss-Kahn is creepy . A shame we don’t have an audio of the moment .

  6. Ms. Holland ,

Sorry for the confusion . I can put it down to a recent illness or the fact that I assume too much . DSK is hard to pin down politically . He is a socialist except when he isn’t . His economic record is contradictory .

  7. Ms. Holland ,

You are telling me that if this Frenchman was the equivalent of a right wing Republican , you wouldn’t use it to attack right wingers ? ? I know your buddy BH would . And if he happened to be a practicing Christian ? ?

  8. Ms. Holland ,

Sorry for lacking clarity , but I thought you’d easily get my meaning . BH does not stand for Obama .

  9. It needs a caption: “Step back, Dom. She’s taken.”

In retrospect, a very creepy photo.
