Haven’t seen headlines like that in a while.
You can have wealth concentrated in the hands of a few, or democracy. But you cannot have both.
Whatever Works 
Are we sure it isn’t local real estate agents beating out the tune and making the headlines to drum up business. Yup I’m cynical about these headlines.

That it’s condos selling is interesting – six months ago you couldnt sell a condo here – hell, you couldn’t give one away.

Snowbirds…don’t want to maintain another house…condo fits the bill.

Well that’s been true traditionally, but recently no one would touch them. Condos are empty everywhere – or have been.
