Ben reminds me this morning that “the price is now estimated at some three trillion dollars for the two wars. Not only that, we’ve had to borrow that money from Russia, China, Saudi Arabia, and other Middle Eastern countries so we could have our tax cuts.”
And meanwhile, today is the 64th day of the tenth year of the War in Afghanistan.
‘And the debt goes on, and the debt goes on.’ And we’re getting nothing for it, either, that’s the bitch. Unless of course you count the humor of such unending stupidity and the rollicking laughs of the dead.

So that equals the amount of money the Democrats have spend on their social re-engineering experiment in 1/3 of the time.
Congrats.

Our friends on the GOP side will not notice that. In fact, all that social engineering stuff had payment mechanisms built in. The wars don’t.
